Start from zero. Foundations takes students with no prior experience to a working robot they designed, wired, and programmed themselves.
No prerequisites, no gatekeeping. Foundations is a hands-on introduction to electronics, programming, and mechanical design — built around actually making things move.
By the end of the cohort every student has designed, wired, and programmed a small autonomous robot — and knows how to keep learning on their own.
Current, voltage, and resistance the practical way — build simple circuits and learn to read what they're telling you.
Write your first firmware, blink your first LED, and grow into loops, inputs, and real control logic.
Make your robot perceive and act — distance sensors, line sensors, motors, and servos.
Model a part, print it, and hold it — the design-to-object loop that changes how you think about making.
Design and assemble the body of your robot with the parts you've made.
Things break. Learn the systematic habits that separate builders who ship from builders who stall.
Put sensing and control together so your robot makes its own decisions on the mat.
Present your build to the community. Every cohort ends with working robots on the floor and an audience watching.
